7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
7.1 By opting into MementoFun’s SMS program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational messages. Message and data rates may apply.
7.2 You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” For help, reply “HELP.”
7.3 We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
8. Return and Refund Policy Summary

8.2 For returns due to customer error (e.g., incorrect customization input or shipping address), a replacement may be offered for a reduced fee to cover partial production and shipping costs.
