1. 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our confidence in our products is reflected in our 120-day return window, effective from the date of delivery. Each MementoFun item undergoes a quality check before shipping. We encourage you to review product descriptions and personalize your order carefully, as all requests must be initiated within 120 days of delivery.
2. Quality Assurance & Defective Items
We guarantee that all products meet the advertised standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Process for Defective/Damaged Items:
- Contact us at support@mementofun.com within 120 days of delivery.
- Provide evidence (clear photos/video) and a description of the issue.
- Resolution: We will process a free replacement or full refund within 48 hours of verification.
- Note: For verified quality issues, you generally do not need to return the item.
3. Return Procedure for Non-Quality Related Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind), the following conditions apply:
Eligibility Conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
- Request must be initiated within 120 days of delivery.
Return Steps:
- Contact Support: Email support@mementofun.com to request a return authorization and receive a return address.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable service and provide the tracking number to our team.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Important: For non-quality returns of personalized/customized items, a 50% crafting fee will be deducted, and you will receive a 50% refund of the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
5. Replacement with small fee
In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:
- You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
- Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
6. What is Not Covered
To maintain fairness and sustainability for our custom business, the following are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Requests made after 120 days from delivery.
- Damage resulting from improper use, care, or accidents.
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the core functionality or appearance of a handmade item.
Replacement with a Small Fee: In specific cases (e.g., error due to customer-provided customization input, or a package returned due to an incorrect address), a replacement may be offered for a reduced fee.
