At MementoFun, we specialize in thoughtfully crafted, lightly customized products made just for you. To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, please review the information below regarding processing, shipping methods, and delivery timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order. This means we begin crafting your item(s) as soon as you place your order, ensuring personalized quality.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days (handcrafting period).
  • The exact timeframe for your product is listed in the Specificationsmodule on each product page.

Note: Due to global supply chain variations, production times for some items may occasionally be extended. The estimated arrival date will be displayed on your checkout page.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is ready, we ship it using reliable carriers. The total delivery time is calculated as follows:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Below are the shipping options available. These time estimates do not include processing time or potential delays from customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

3. Important Shipping Notes

International Orders

Orders shipped internationally may require additional time for customs clearance. MementoFun does not control customs processes or related fees, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently have limited delivery capacity to military regions.
  • Large orders (e.g., canvases, posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be shipped separately for safety. Free shipping offers do not apply to these items.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If you request the carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, MementoFun cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or theft during transit.


4. Sending Gifts Directly

You can easily send gifts to your loved ones through MementoFun. We do not include invoices or pricing details in the package, so the surprise remains intact.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We offer a 120-day return and exchange window under our policy terms.
